THE ONTARIO TREATMENT NETWORK
The Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN) is an independently incorporated,
not-for-profit organization funded by the AIDS Bureau, Ontario Ministry of
Health and Long-Term Care. The OHTN acts as a collaborative network of
people living with HIV/AIDS, health care providers, consumers, researchers,
community-based organizations and government, with a mandate to provide
leadership and to advance policy relating to the optimal treatment and care
of people living with HIV in Ontario.

CATIE
The Community AIDS Treatment Information Exchange is a national, non-profit
organization committed to improving the health and quality of life of all
Canadians living with HIV/AIDS. CATIE provides treatment information not
only for people living with the virus but also for their families, care
providers and AIDS Service Organizations. It does so through a comprehensive
Web site, two electronic mailing lists, various print publications and a
bilingual, toll-free phone service.

BUREAU OF HIV/AIDS, STD AND TB
The Bureau conducts national surveillance and research on the epidemiology
and laboratory science related to HIV/AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Disease
(STD) and Tuberculosis (TB). It also investigates HIV, STD and TB infections
and develops recommendations for their control.

CANADIAN TREATMENT ACTION COUNCIL
(CTAC)
A national organization directed by people
living with HIV/AIDS, the Canadian Treatment Action Council promotes
informed public policy and public education, and promotes awareness on
issues that impact on access to treatment and health care for people living
with HIV/AIDS and for other vulnerable populations.
