To clear History.
- Click "Tools" from the menu at the top
of the screen then select “Internet Options”.
- Under the "General” tab, there is a
section called "History". Click the “Clear History” button.
- A message will pop-up asking you to
confirm your selection. Click "Yes" to confirm.
To clear Temporary Internet Files.
- Click Tools from the menu at the top of
the screen then select “Internet Options”.
- Under the "General” tab, there is a
section called "Temporary Internet Files". Click the “Clear Files”
button.
- A message will pop-up asking you to
confirm your selection. Click "Yes" to confirm.
To disable Cookies.
- Click Tools from the menu at the top of
the screen then select “Internet Options”.
- Under the "Privacy" tab, there is an
option called the "Settings".
- Move the slider to scroll up or down to
select the options you want.
- When you have made your selection, click
the
"Apply" button and then the "Ok" button to exit.
To delete Cookies.
- Click Tools from the menu at the top of
the screen then select “Internet Options”.
- Under the "General" tab, there is a
section called "Temporary Internet Files". Click the "Delete cookies"
button.
- A message will pop-up asking you to
confirm your selection. Click "Yes" to confirm.
Note: If you have problems with this set of
instructions, you can go to the "Help" option on your internet browser and type
in Cache, Cookies or Temporary Internet Files at the keyword search box and
click "Search". It will display all the related topics to guide you through.

NETSCAPE ON

To clear Temporary Internet Files.
- From the "Windows Start Menu", go to
"Programs" the select "Windows Explorer".
- Click on the letter that represents your
hard drive (it is usually 'C').
- You will then see an expanded list of
folders. Click on the "Windows" folder.
- The folder will then expand. Click on
the subfolder called "Temporary Internet Files".
- Choose the option "Delete all of the
files in this folder".
To clear History.
- Click "Edit" from the menu at the top of
the screen, then select "Preferences".
- From the "History" section, click
the "Clear
History" button.
- A message will pop-up asking you to
confirm your option. Click "Ok" to confirm.
To disable Cookies.
- Click "Edit" from the menu at the top of
the screen, then select "Preferences".
- Click on the "Advanced" section and
select "Disable cookies" or if you would like to be prompted to accept
individual cookies, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."
- A message will pop-up asking you to
confirm your option. Click "Ok" to confirm.
To delete Cookies.
- From the "Windows Start Menu" go to
"Programs" then select "Windows Explorer".
- Click on the letter that represents your
hard drive (it is usually 'C').
- You will then see an expanded list of
folders. Click on "Program Files".
- Click on the "Netscape" folder then
click on the "Users" subfolder.
- Open your user file (you may only have
one) then click on "Cache".
- Delete all of the files in this folder,
in the same "Users" subfolder, click on the "Archive" folder.
- Delete all of the files in this folder.
Note: If you have problems with this set of
